Excellent service in the main from Natalie. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Had about a half hour wait to pick up my mini as she was out on another test drive when I arrived that then turned into a sale. Have now got charger fitted no surge yet.

I cant select any of the stars.. bit id give you 3.5 Paul in servicing was good and friendly but I kept having to ring for updates despite being told I would be called. He seemed rushed and didnt seem at fault. Appreciate the wash though.

even though I had to wait five hours for approval almost for the work to be done staff were friendly and informative. Waiting area was comfortable unlimited drinks available apart from the way I was very satisfied.

We were given a price of circa £198 for an hour of diagnostic, and told 'if we can repair within the hour we will, if we use less than an hour we will charge you for time spent, pro rata'. we got charged the whole fee and you didn't offer a suitable

1) Initial Call - Mon 29 June 2) Check In - Wed 8 July 3) Check Out - Mon 13 July Vehicle was off the road for 15 days in total. Hedin clearly very busy with a huge backlog but for enhanced customer experience it must find a solution for that.

As a loyal customer, having had multiple minis, charging £1400 (about 15% of the value given by mini dealer when looking to trade in) felt like you're just taking advantage of customers. Low end valuation for trade in, high costs everywhere.
