Ian, was very attentive to our requirements, the showroom was a pleasant environment and we were very pleased as we left to drive our new mini infact our fifth. What a vast difference from the original mini that we had when we met 54 years ago.

* Better info on wait time for service * Please can you have soft drinks in the fridge & maybe a paper (audi & other places do). *Backseat of car could have been cleaned.

All the staff we dealt with at the dealership were helpful and had good product knowledge. In addition everyone was courteous and made us feel very welcome. The video that was sent prior to delivery was also well done and very informative.
