Excellent service in the main from Natalie. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Had about a half hour wait to pick up my mini as she was out on another test drive when I arrived that then turned into a sale. Have now got charger fitted no surge yet.

I am happy with my experience so far. The last time I purchased a mini I was give 7,000 miles a year to drive the car. Nikki decided to lower it to 6,000 miles. I would have liked to have kept it at 7,000 a year.

After asking two times for a itemised breakdown of the full service, i.e. what was done and what was included in the service still none the wiser , also slight damage to the plastic air intake, and steering wheel position totally changed.

Had a major service and was very happy with whole customer experience. Unfortunately, the fault with transmission returned and car is back at Centre, who are now awaiting response from MINI on how to proceed with issue. However still great service.
