Nikki and Ben went above and beyond. I had issues with my original purchase which took time to rectify by Mini. I was kept informed although at times I was loosing my patience and could have walked away if it wasnt for the coutesy of Nikki and Ben

I went to Hedin as I wanted a more positive customer experience, being totally dissatisfied with previous Mini sales at Tunbridge Wells. At Hedin it was 100% better in every respect.

Seamless handover. Nikki was made the process easy and helped me out with some temporary insurance which I really appreciated so that I could get going in my new car straight away.

Overall a good experience. One star deducted for the signing of documents that I could not read on the phone, for repetitive documentation and excessive security hurdles.

Everyone was so friendly and happy to answer our questions. We felt very well looked after, with everything handled professionally and transparently. The Centre has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, with thoughtful touches like tea and coffee.

Todd was extremely helpful, informative and professional. He was also very patient as I did change my mind quite often. Eventually we did find the perfect Mini for me so everything turned out well

Todd was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We only came in to look at the differences between the Countryman (which we had an old one) and the Cooper and we left half an hour later having ordered a new Mini Cooper!

Very pleasant experience and pleased with the work. However, it is partly my fault for not checking prices first but charging nearly £20 for environmental disposal of 1l of brake fluid is not what I expected. I will now consider going elsewhere.

The cleaning at the end of the srlervice was a bit hit miss. Water streaks and marks on the doors and the wing mirrors ans wheels were still really dirty, made more noticeable by the fact theyd tried to clean the car

I cant select any of the stars.. bit id give you 3.5 Paul in servicing was good and friendly but I kept having to ring for updates despite being told I would be called. He seemed rushed and didnt seem at fault. Appreciate the wash though.

even though I had to wait five hours for approval almost for the work to be done staff were friendly and informative. Waiting area was comfortable unlimited drinks available apart from the way I was very satisfied.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person were great, got my car serviced for a fair price. Also the complimentary valet is always a good incentive, I'd like to know what tyre shine the valeters use
