I've been very impressed with the service provided by Ben & Natalie. I came to Hedin having experienced a terrible service at Berry Croydon. However my experience with BMW Finance was very disappointing and ultimately decided to fund the car myself.

We have always loved the "Mini" brand and my first vehicle was a Mini van back in 1983 and now the brand has gone to new heights. The car is one thing BUT the people who steered us through taking our order Ian & Ben were the DIFFERENCE and very good.

Very happy with the onsite processes but the amount of documents I was asked to read and sign via my phone with such a small screen was a nightmare and very stressful. No consideration given to us seniors not proficient with technology!!!

All the staff we dealt with at the dealership were helpful and had good product knowledge. In addition everyone was courteous and made us feel very welcome. The video that was sent prior to delivery was also well done and very informative.

5* if I had been offered help to set up the dash cam with my phone. I appreciate there are people that don't need any help and there are some would appreciate help. There are cheaper ways to have a dash cam, but i expected the 5* mini service

Have only owned a mini for less than a year but service from Hedin Bexley has been great. I also own an Audi and can honestly say that two occasions I have been in with my car so far have been great and far better than local Audi dealer.
