I had an amazing experience of purchasing my new car. Natalie Purnell who i was dealling with was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and queries, and set up all the new tech features on pick up.

The dealers merged branches during my purchase process, which added complications. The app did not work throughout most of the process (it showed 'error'). However, when i collected the car everyone was very helpful and considerate.

Ian, was very attentive to our requirements, the showroom was a pleasant environment and we were very pleased as we left to drive our new mini infact our fifth. What a vast difference from the original mini that we had when we met 54 years ago.
